Thank you FMD

The Students' Representative Council would like to thank the Facilities Management Division (FMD) for setting up a new a study area for MMU Malacca students.

The new study area is located beside the shaded pathway (behind library) that connects FET and FIST. It is complete with tables and benches and is brightly light at night.

Students are requested to take good care of this new facility and utilize it well. By doing this, it would lend credence to SRC Malacca's claim that we, the students will not misuse or vandalise the facilities provided. This in turn would enable us to have a good working relationship with the university management and any future requests may be approved faster.

Thank you.

It's always dirty... especially after rain

Malaysia weather is so hot, not suitable for such study area, and also with mosquito around...

Highly Requesting SRC and FMD to have a try there.

1 word = DIRTY

Like someone said above, it's very dirty after rain. With ants crawling around biting people. Also, bird's poop also "available" especially at the place under the trees.

Suggestion:
1) Shelter needed. Seriously.
2) Do something about the trees ?

1) there is a need to consider rainy weather conditions.

2) place rubbish bins there so people don't start to simply throw rubbish around that area.

it's a good start though...

* oh yea... btw... the library-fet path needs to have shelter from rain too...

thanks.

oh, if possible, plz put up a grass carpet over there to overcome the "dirty" problem after rain, coz the problem come from the splashing mud causing by the rain.
